Data Centre | Tier III Build

Nov 2014 – Oct 2016 | Canning Vale, WA

EPCM Contractor (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Maintenance)

Managed the entire process from Engineering to Maintenance. Our services included Architectural, Electrical & Mechanical Design to Tier III standards, Surveillance & access control design and installation, Fiber optics and telecommunication installation, Instrumentation and equipment specification and procurement, Design, installation, and commissioning of control system, electrical system & mechanical infrastructure. We handled project management, site facilitation, compliance, supervision, contract coordination, and provided facility management post-construction.

Data Centre, NSW | Facility Management

2022 - 2024 | Artarmon, NSW

Programmed maintenance as part of an effective asset management. Operations worflow with integrated network and security operations centre, visitor and sub-contractors management. Capacity planning and engineering due dilligence on infrastruture modifications.

UPS DC Installation

2023 | East Perth, WA

Managed the installation of DC cabling, battery circuit breakers, and positioning over 300 batteries for 4x Liebert APM 100kVA UPS. Responsibilities included project management, supervision, client liaison, and coordination with the UPS vendor.

Cement Plant | Control System & Engineering

Nov 2013 – Mar 2014 | Northwest Silos, Port Hedland, Karratha, Darwin

Managed the engineering design for expanding remote plants, covering functional specification development with the client, MCC layout and cabinet design, coordination with overseas MCC manufacturers, integration of the new system with existing infrastructure, and lighting and distribution design, all while utilising H&S, Siemens S7-300, and WinCC flex.

Data Centre, WA | Facility Management

2016 - Present | Canning Vale, WA

Statewide UPS Upgrade

2022 - Present | Statewide, WA

Managed swap over and DC installation of UPS at 12 sites, with more sites under consideration. Responsibilities included project management, supervision, client liaison, and coordination with the UPS vendor.

Cement Plant | Contracting

Jan 2014 – Mar 2015 | Bulk Handling Naval Base, WA

Provided end-to-end engineering design services for a new bulk handling warehouse, including functional specification development, MCC layout and design, instrumentation specification, control system infrastructure design, Siemens S7-300 and WinCC flex configuration, coordination with overseas manufacturers, and lighting and distribution design.

Cement Plant | Control System & Engineering

Aug 2012 – Apr 2014 | Kwinana, WA

Led the engineering design for expanding remote plants, ensuring safety and efficiency with Siemens S7-400 and WinCC flex. Our role encompassed developing functional specifications, designing control system infrastructure, coordinating with overseas manufacturers, integrating new systems, and designing lighting and distribution.

Asphalt Plant | Control System Upgrade

Mar 2012 – Jun 2012 | Welshpool, WA

Provided process, instrumentation, control, and electrical engineering services for expanding remote plants. Our focus included documentation of plant functionality, design of control system infrastructure, and configuration of Siemens-based control systems, specifically utilising H&S and Siemens S7-400 with WinCC flex.

Aggregates Plant | WinCC Station Upgrade

2023 - 2024 | Perth, WA

Upgrade end-of-life SCADA system and operator station. Added operational functionality.

Brick Plant | Control System & Engineering

Mar 2007- Mar 2009 | South Guildford, WA

Managed the design and engineering for a new brick plant, focusing on safety and utilising advanced technologies like Siemens S7-400/300, WinCC, PROFINET/Industrial Ethernet, VOIP, and robotics. Our responsibilities included layout design, cable sizing, instrumentation, tender preparation, functional specification development, control system design, drives commissioning, acceptance testing, and ongoing maintenance and support.

Sep 2011 – Aug 2012 | Naval Base, WA

Directed the engineering design for expanding remote plants, prioritising safety (H&S) and employing advanced technologies like Siemens S7-400, WinCC, Sinamics VSDs, Simocode pro, and ABB Robotics. Our responsibilities included developing functional specifications, designing control system infrastructure, coordinating with overseas equipment manufacturers, integrating new systems, and planning lighting, power usage, and distribution.
